We designed our QCJ-885 for paired 45° cutting of profiles that fit the stated cutting envelope. The saw-blade bases travel along three sliding rails and use cylinder-driven straight-line motion. Before quotation, send us your profile section and cut drawing so we can check the material, orientation, blade suitability and required finished length.
Compare this model with other options in the Profile Cutting Saw range before selecting a machine.
Where this fixed 45° saw may fit
Mitered aluminum frame components
Use our QCJ-885 for paired 45° end cuts on frame parts that will be joined at corners, provided your section fits the confirmed envelope.
Minimalist door and partition profiles
For slim frame members and decorative profiles, send us your visible-surface and burr requirements so we can validate the cut on a sample.
Cabinet, display and furnishing frames
Your profile-based cabinet, shelving or display parts may require repeated 45° cuts. We will confirm length control and clamping from your drawing.
Small profile batches
If you plan to stack several profiles, ask us to demonstrate the safe quantity and clamping arrangement before we include multi-profile cutting in your quotation.
Why the mechanism matters
Our available specification describes three sliding rails and a cylinder-driven saw-blade base. These construction facts do not by themselves establish a numeric angle tolerance, cut-surface flatness, cycle time or long-term accuracy. We recommend a sample-cut inspection against the result you require for your profile.
FEATURES
| Adopt three precision rails for sliding, with high stability, accurate angle, fast speed and high efficiency; |
|
Push the saw blade base by the cylinder to make the saw blade move in a straight line along the guide rail more stable and durable.

How to qualify the saw for your part
- Send a profile cross-section and identify the material and surface finish.
- Mark the required 45° orientation, finished length and acceptable dimensional tolerance.
- State whether profiles will be cut individually or stacked.
- Provide burr, cut-face and visible-surface acceptance requirements.
- Confirm daily volume, shift pattern and desired loading method.
- Confirm site voltage, compressed air, extraction and safety requirements.
- Request a sample cut on the quoted configuration and agree on inspection criteria.
Frequently asked questions
Does the QCJ-885 cut only at 45°?
Our supplied specification states 45° x 2. We do not currently list 90°, variable-angle or compound-angle cutting for this model. Tell us if you need additional angles so we can recommend a verified alternative.
What profile size can it cut?
We state a maximum sawing width of 85 mm and a maximum height of 120 mm. Send us the actual section because its orientation and shape affect whether it fits.
What angle accuracy and cut-surface quality can be guaranteed?
We have not published a numeric tolerance or surface-finish value for this model. Define your acceptance criteria and we can validate them through a sample cut and technical agreement.
What blade is included?
Our specification lists Φ355 x Φ25.4 mm x 3.2 x 120T. We will confirm the blade material, tooth geometry, included quantity and suitability for your profile before quotation.
What power and compressed-air supply are required?
We need to confirm voltage, motor power, air pressure and air consumption for your quotation before you prepare the installation site.
What safety equipment is included?
We will provide the confirmed guarding, control, emergency-stop, interlock and extraction configuration for your market with the technical offer. [需要客户确认]
How should a sample-cut test be prepared?
Send us the profile, drawing, finished length, tolerance, surface requirements and inspection method. We will confirm that the test uses the blade and machine configuration proposed in your quotation.
What installation and after-sales support is available?
We will define commissioning, operator training, spare parts, remote support, warranty and service response in the commercial agreement for your destination.
